I am starting my new job.my husband wonts divorce should I pay for it or should he.how much would it cost if I payed for it.If I got married in alabama do I need divorce in alabama.

You have to get divorced in the state where you are a current resident, not where you got married. The filing fee for divorce in Florida is $408. It's up to you if you want to pay for it.
