Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What State to try to change payments...

I was divorced in Alaska, I now live in Florida, my ex lives with our children in Oregon. Unfortnately I was duped into pay all medical bills as well as child support, If I want to try to change this, where do I go to try to change this to being able to deduct 50% of Medical bills from my support? Alaska or where I now live in Florida?

Alaska first, then Oregon where the children live.

Without reading the court order I would think you have to start in Alaska and then move case to Oregon.
