out of state child custody

i live in florida with my 8 year old daughter. Her father lives in Arizona. We were never married and there is no legal custody. She visits him. What are my rights if he keeps her in Arizona.

If he keeps her, you will have to go to Arizona to get her backl. I suggest you seek custody in Florida when she returns.
