Is there a binding type of legal document that can be drawn up in the following senario regarding child support?
Father:
Not the Biological Father
Not the Legal Father
Has acted as the Father and lived and bonded with the child, escentually assuming the role of Father, from 9 months to 9 years with Mother present. He now wishes to leave and move on in his life.
M & F have not been in "couple" type relationship.
Father has agreed to responsiblity for providing set weekly payments in support of the child as well as contributing money for other expenses as he deems fit.
He wants to sign the agreement.
Liberal visitation schedule has been established for Father.
Father continues to participate in child's life as a Father figure.

If the father is neither the biological nor the legal father, then no, then is no document that can be made that would allow for enforcement of child support or visitation. The only option would be for the "father" to adopt the child. Otherwise, it's all just voluntary.
