Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

im in the state of florida and when i went to court my ex put she was paying money every mopnth for childcare, well now she has taken my daughter out of childcare and is insisting on me providing it this summer when i have her if i need it. can she legally dop this since im being charged a percentage of what she claimed she was paying before?

Your chld support was based on her paying childcare at the time of your hearing. I suspect that is still the case however, not knowing when the papers went into effect, it may or may not be wise to modifiy child support based on the reduction of her expenses of NOT paying child care now.
