In the state of Florida durin divorce does a spouse have too have been married to a retired vet for over ten years to collect a portion of the retirement. She's employed with the government for over 40yrs

No, the marriage doesn't have to have lasted for ten years, but the shorter the marriage, the more the spouse's portion of the military retirement is reduced.
