State of Florida: Can a hidden camera be placed in an item that a child will be wearing( for their safety) so that we can see what is happening in their home and can it be used in court

Absolutely not. In the state of Florida, recording someone without their knowledge, when they have a reasonable expectation of privacy is a felony.

The answer is NO. Secondly if you are concerned that your child may not be treated well at a certain location, then I suggest you file an Order requested supervised visitation and ask the court to appoint a Guardian ad Litem and have them do a report for the judge.
