Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In the state of Florida if a mother were to take an infant child out of state for a visit with her relatives for two weeks can the father do anything legally to stop her? (They are not married)

Florida law only prevents permanent moves without permission, not temporary visits. It would be better, of course, if the two of them could agree on out-of-state trips.
