Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

in the state of florida, my wife is the custodial guardian of our three grand children. being her husband and having legal troubles pending in massachusetts, but out on bail and living in our house in florida does dcf have the right to make me move out of our house and threaten to pull the children and put them in foster care. mind you i have not been proven guilty of anything in this matter as of this time, and i do have a clean record to date.
