Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
being out of the state which papers have been filed can i file in the state i reside in?
will i have to hire an attorney from the state which she filed? please call with answers. i don't always have access to a computer.

You can file for divorce in Florida, but then you'll have two divorces going at once, which is usually a waste of time and money. There are some exceptions where two divorces are a good idea, but it's very, very rare. You should contact an attorney in the state where she filed.
