can i have it stated in the divorce that if father misses so many child support payments his parental rights be terminated and can i have it staed that fathers girlfriend not have contact with children cause child protective services feel she is a threat to the childrens mental status

1. Child support is not the main issue as to parental rights - it would have to be no contact for several years as well.

2. Yes as to the paramour. You can certainly have the children NOT exposed to her specifically any violation would be grounds for contempt which would end up with supervised visitation.
