If some one has been paying child support and they decide to have a DNA done to make sure the child is his or not .?

While you did not complete your question, I believe you wanted to know if the person can still challange paternity. The Florida legislature just passed a new law during the recent session that allows DNA testing to determine paternity. If the child is determined not to be the person considered as the father, then he will no longer have to pay child support.
