Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been a Stay At Home Mom for over 16 years. I have been divorced for 4 (remarried) and have still continued to stay home to take care of my children. We have done change of income because my two oldest children have turned 18 and my income has always reflected zero. We still have one minor child and my ex feels that I should be able to get a job so that he can get some relief from his child support. Will the courts be able to force me to work if I've been caring for my kids this long?

No one can force you to work. Your child support is based on the appropriate amount of income you would make if you had a job plus whatever he is earning.
