Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My step daughter is wanting to visit with her brother (which is her father's son) but the mother of the child will not allow her to see him. My husband has 3 other children besides the son with this other woman and she will not allow any of his siblings to see or contact him whatsoever. My husband is currently not able to fight for visitation or partial custody. Is there anything that my step daughter can file through the court here in Florida for visitation with her brother?

no. It has to be the father of the children.

contact DCF and ask if they can investigate to see if there is something go on that would not allow the visits. Mainly your husband will have to make the call and pursue some visitation.
