Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My step father owes $20,000 worth of child support in ohio and when he found out that my mom was moving to florida he came with us cuz he figured if he moved he could hide from child support and my mom is tired of it and she wants him out now. Is there any way to get him to go back to ohio to pay it off?

There are mechanisms for enforcing the Ohio child support order in Florida. Hire a Florida attorney or go to the Florida Department of Revenue website for more details.
