Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My stepson lives with my husband and I and our other two children. He is eights years old and very happy here, doing well in school, has a group of friends, etc. His mother had filed for child support and custody a long time ago and all she managed to get was child support set in motion, but he was staying with her at the time. He has been here over a year and wants to stay here permanently, so we said we would go for full custody with visitation for her. What is the paperwork we need to file with the courthouse and well as the fees break down so my husband and I can once and for all seek full custody. There will need to also be a modification of child support as well as venue, because we live in Hillsborough County and the DCF case was opened in Pinellas County, FL. Please advise as to how to proceed with minimal crossfire as well as how much we will need to have to file for all of this...Thank you...
