Re: when can i stop child support payments

Your question indicates you are in FL. I am licensed to practice law only in TX. This answer is based upon TX law and I make no representations concerning FL law. Your divorce decree states when the child support begins and ends. If it says it ends when your child turns 21 - that's it. If your wife says you owe money for medical bills - how much and when? She has to prove it. If she takes you to court, go and enjoy it.
