Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How do you stop your ex from using your daughter against you? For example my ex decided to relcate we made a mutual agreement for me to have her for 2 weeks before she leaves since my ex did not follow the previous parenting plan and let me have her 4 weekd during the summer. Now she states If I do not give her our daughter this weekend labor day weekend that she will leave sooner. According to the parenting plan I have our daughter during labor day weekend. I know I can fight the labor day weekend but I am sick of her using our daughter to get what she wants. What can I do about this?

Just make sure everything is in writing and ratified by court order. Then stick to it strictly. Remember, she can't move without your written permission or a court order. The date of her move must be in writing as well. If she moves before the written date that you've agreed to, you will probably be able to have a judge order the return of your daughter.
