stop the sale of family home

Is there anything i can doto prevent the sale of my family home. I just found out that myname is on the mortgage documents and not on the deed and my spouse is trying to sell the home. Can a lis pendens be used? or lien?

Since the home is your homestead it cannot be sold without your ok. Call me if you need representation.
