Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am stuck in a divorce. If I pay my wife I cant push the divorce thru. If I dont pay my wife I am in contempt of court. I am stuck at home with my parents. My wife has taken everything we owned. So I have nothing. Not even a frying pan or a fork. I see my kidsabout 120 hours a month. I cannot live like this. She has last two jobs in the past six months. I am the stable one.

If I do not pay my wife and give the money to atty to end this divorce will I get in trouble? What are my options?

Would have to look at what has been going on in the case. Sounds to me your are paying child support not alimony and that if you do not pay the support, yes, you will be in contempt. You want to come to court with "clean hands" meaning you have done what you were suppose to do. She may have a temporary needs for the house/rental home but that does not mean she will get to keep it at the time of the divorce. It will depend on what you have agreed on.
