Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Stupidly, I signed the acknowledgement of paternity and my name is on the birth certificate. The court made me take a DNA test and it says that I am the father. I don't want to pay support for a kid I never see or want to have anything to do with. What can I do now?

It's too late now, you already created a child! You can pay child support for the child you made. You have the right to hire an attorney to get you the best possible deal.

Since the DNA now proves you are the father, why not ask for visitation rights. Otherwise, you will pay the child support until the other party asks for you to terminate your rights.
