Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have submitted to modify the parenting plan as I am relocating out of state. My proposed plan does not change the quantity of time with my children only the structure of that time. Among the stack of forms that I received from the Florida Clerks office of my county, is a financial affidavit long form. Is this required to be filed for a modification in parenting plan?
I am not filing for a modificaiton to child support. I already pay more than I should as child support was calculated using a number that is $10,000 higher than what I actually ended up making this year and more than the new position I have excepted (position is necessary change for long term career planning). Also, my ex wife is not willing to work collaboratively on the plan unless I provide a copy of my offer letter. She is trying to treaten me todo so with hostile emails. Do I have to provide this information to her if she has NOT requested it through a court order?

This is why you need an attorney. Trying to do things pro se when it involves children is not in your best interest. I suggest you hire an attorney .
