I am questioning the truthfulnes of my EX wifes financial affidavit. Is it at all possible to subpoena records from her employer to verify her information is in fact right?And get her w2 can that be done? since she has crime of untruthfulnes on record.

Her tax return documents should be obtained through the exchange of mandatory disclosure. Her employment information is likely discoverable, and could be obtained through the issuance and service of a subpoena duces tecum, following sufficent notice beforehand. Look through the Florida Rules of Family Procedure and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure for more information.
