Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can you sue your ex-wife for fraud, defamation of character to defraud the courts to get the house, property and other personal items. Also she was caught with another person who move in with her in the house which we still own jointly.

You can sue her for money and, as a result of winning them money, possibly seized items from her. There is no lawsuit available to sue her for having another person move into a house which you jointly own. You could sue her for fraud that she committed during a divorce case, for instance. You cannot sue her for defamation that occurred in her pleadings or testimony in a divorce.
