how to sue my ex husband for stalking in florida
I tried twenty days ago to get a protection order in front a judge he escratch my car with a pocket nife in front of me and my neibor all the situetions ocurred outside my house or at my sixteen daughter s high school,the judge denied and ten days after he took my daugther by force from the parking lot of the school and tried to hitme with the car after hitme and pushme to the floorand run with my daugther keeping her incomunicate her with me for around five hours. He could killme I call the police they make a report but the court did not protectme ten days before..what I can do?

Never mind the stalking - run to the domestic violence division and file a report against him. they will serve him and you will have a hearing. If he then violates the Injunction Against Domestic Violence then you have a foot to stand on in court. BUT you must start the ball rolling down judicial lane.
