Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can I sue my husband's mistress for emotional distress and pain she has cost me and family?... We have been married for 21 yrs and I never saw this coming at all... He had a baby with her a year ago that we just found out about. He left and moved in with her a week ago all of a sudden.

You can not sue for alienation of affection which is what you would use against her. However, you can sue for divorce, with alimony.
