Can I sue the mother of my child when by court order we have shared custody. She got angry because I got married and moved out of the city with my daughter with out telling me.

Short Answer is yes.

If custody was already addressed, per Florida Statutes, she is not supposed to relocate the child more then 50 miles unless you agreed to the relocation, or unless the Court entered an Order permitting the move.
