Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Sue my ex wife.

I want to sue my ex wife for $4,000. We've been divorced for a little over two years, and in our divorce agreement she was supposed to pay health insurance for our daughter; just recently I took our daughter to the emergency room, submitted the 4,000 dollar bill to the insurance company, and they notified me that she was cancelled 3 months prior. My ex wife did NOT notify me that she was cancelled. When I talked to the insurance company, I was told that she was sent a letter saying that the account was cancelled. I was not notified of this letter. Is it a reasonable case for me to sue her for the $4,000 bill? (plus fees)

Re: Sue my ex wife.

Rather than start a new action, i would seek a money jjdgment in the divorce action, assuming the court maintained jurisdiction to compel compliance therewith.
