Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello , I am looking for suggestion which way to go . Husband originally file for divorced in 2012 . Shortly after case was abandoned and closed on 07/14/2016 due to inactivity. Husband and wife were residing separately and sharing only 2 children (ages 15 and 10) on a weekly basis. I am looking to either reopen that case or file and complete new case . Which way am I able to go ? File a new divorce case or reopened the original case ?
