Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

suing your father for child support

My mother, brother, sister and I haven't seen my father in over 20 years. Although they are not legally divorced can I sue him for all the years of child support he did not give my mother? What are her and our rights? P.S. He's been in Florida all these years.
