Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

summer child support

My Ex is custodial parent of my 16 and 14 year old. I have them everyother weekend and pay him child support. The children have decided to spend the summer with me which would equal approximately 3 months. I was wondering if there was any way for me to stop the pay deducted child support for that time period. I don't want him to pay me, I just want to stop the payments to him while the kids are with me.

Unless he consents, you will need a court order.
