Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In the summer I have my child every other week for the duration of the summer, per the parenting plan. Both my ex and myself work full time so during the weeks that I have my child, my girlfriend has offered to babysit my child since she isms teacher and will be off in the summer. My ex does not want my girlfriend to watch our son. She said that she has first right of refusal, but according to our parenting plan "each parent shall make decisions regarding day to day care and control of the child while he/she resides with or is with that parent". It also states that "if a parent is unable to care for the child during his/her time-sharing for one or more overnights, then that parent shall give the other parent the right of first refusal". The time that he will be babysat is during the day, no overnights. What are my rights for this situation?

If there is a right of first refusal in your paperwork then you have to honor that.
