summons for child support

I was out sick for 2 months and could not pay my child support which is payroll deducted. once i started by it continued as usual. now that i have missed these 2 my ex wife is summons me back for the missed amt. which i don't mind paying but not all at once can she do that

Yes, she can do it. Most judges will spread the amount you owe over the course of several months.
