Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I support my child i pay 120$ a week in support. that was established 4 years ago. my ex got her nursing license and makes three times more that she did 4 years ago. i filed for more time with my child i only get her two nights a month every other saturday and sunda now she is threatening me saying she will quit her job to make me pay full support can she do that? will the judge notice she has a nursing license and she can work?

Tell her fine. When a person quits a good paying job that does not illiminate the child support numbers. Her income will be based on what she was making - I suggest you file for decrease in child support payments and/or file for child custody and child support for her - as a nurse they usually have to work the night shift until they get some seniority. This is not good for a child.
