support for ex livein girlfriend

we were together 8 years.She was never employed. We have two children. In florida what is she intitled to?

She is not entitled to anything. The kids are entitled to child support pursuant to the guidelines as set forth in the Florida Statutes. You can calculate the child support amount by using the worksheet as found at the Florida Department of Revenue website:

She will get child support assuming she has custody of the two children. It will be based on your ability to pay as per the child support guidelines. The number of years has no significance for her.
