Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Support

My son just graduated high school and turned 18 in July.We live in Florida. My ex is going to court to stop child support. My son wants to continue his education and work part time. Should I go to court and see if I can continue to get child support while he goes to school. His father has tried to talk him out of continuing his education. I feel he needs to go and learn for a better future. For some reason my ex doesnt want me to be in court that day. Does he know something I dont? Can I legally ask to continue the support?

Depends upon the support order. Why not just ask the court to have him help pay for the education?
