Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Im suppose to drive 5 hours to drop my son off with his dad Friday after school. But I asked several times for his new residential address since I have the right to know where my son will be and its in our custody papers to provide residence address, but his answer is "I will tell you when you are in your way".He has no notify the court house also.He is playing those game, which he will not give me an address but a public place.I don't want to drive that far and still will not know his address. Will I be in contempt if I don't take my son?please advice.Thank you

You should make a motion to compel him to provide information. Why were you stuck with a 5 hour trip?
Really! File a motion to compel and halt the visitation until you have a legal address.
No address no visitation. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
