Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Surrender-

Involved in a very short term relationship. Women said she was on birth control because I did not want more children. And she wasn't. She used me to get pregnant. I do not want to acknowledge this child. What right's do I have. Can I be forced into a paternity suit. She is considering adoption and wants me to sign surrender papers, but I do not want to sign anything. She tells me she just wanted to get pregnant and lied. Please advise.
