suspended license

I have a 3yr old boy, which i have shared custody with his father. He picks him up tues morning and drops him off weds night. Recently i found out that his license is suspended and that he has 2 dui's on his record the most recent in may. It is stated that one of the violations was on 1/30/08 which is on a wed. He also has an revocation in may. Is there anything i can do to ensure the safety of our child while in his custody? can i withhold his visitations while he reinstates his license? Please i need help!!! Im really concerned about his safety!

If you have proof, you may petition the court to modify visitation and /or custody.
