Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Switching Weekend Visitation

Am I required by the law to switch weekends with the non custodial parent if they have a conflicting work obligation. If I don't is that considered hindering the relationship of the other parent and child? Would the court find me uncooperative if I didn't?
