Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
if my ex takes me to court for court ordered visitation, do i have to drive my kids to his place or meet him half way? he has been invited to my place on numerous occasions and i have been up his way too and offered for him to meet me so he could see them. it has been 4.5 months since he has seen the kids and is threatening to make me drive them to him because i didnt have gas to meet half way today

It depends on whether the issue is addressed in the court's Order. If it is that important then you should make sure the Order states how the exchange should be made.

What does the court order state. If the exchange is to be half way - each to pay their own expense, etc.
