Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If ex takes a part time job at the sheriffs office to cut down his child support and alimony payments,can I ask to see a copy of his tax returns to keep him honest??He isn't an honest person..If I can't do that what are my other options? Please answer so I can locate an attorney if I need too..Thanks so much!!!!!

During the discovery process you can request the last three years of tax returns from the opposing party. You may want to consult counsel so you can further discuss your options.
