Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been taking care of a little girl since she was born. me and the mother went to amscot and has a paper notarized saying she was giving her rights to me and when "my lil girl" was about 7 month childern and familys got invloved in reguards to one of her other childern. so a case was open and in march 09 all the kids were reunified with the mother. well i would get my baby that i have now raised for 2 years on the weekends but the parents want money and are using the little girl against me and i haven't seen her in a month i want to know if there is any way i can get some kind of legal visitation with her??? i am who she knows as mom im on all the medical and everything plz help

You are not entitled to visitation unless it was order during the dependency (the DCF) court case.
