Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am currently taking my childs mother to court for the third contempt of court on her the first time was a slap on the wrist the second time i was ordered makeup time with my daughter and now im having to take her back because she is never on time she is always at least a half hour to a hour late every visit. i was wondering since it will the the third contempt of court on her in the last year what will the court do? also if this continues to happen what will my chances of getting full custody be? she has a drug charge on her record and mine is clean?

how old is the drug charge. Was it dismissed or is she a felon.
