Taking another look at divorce papers.

My experience with my divorce attorneys was a total disaster!!! I feel I got (perdon my French) Screwed! with what came out of the mediated divorce procedures. Could I get my alimony re-evaluated, since my ex regained his employment with his previous employer in the same position "after" the whole mess of the divorce? I'm only receiving alimony but no child support for 2 children. He said that it was worked up "into" the alimony, is that also possible?

YOu could certainly file fraud charges and file a Petition to amend your dissolution of divorce. I suggest you shop around and find yourself an attorney who totally litigates divorce actions.
