Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can they take my tax refund and apply it to child support?

I have money taken out of my paycheck every month to pay for child support. Some of that money goes to pay the $15,000 of back support and doctor bills that I was also ordered to pay. Since I am current with the payments, why should they be able to take my tax refund? What do I need to do to fight this?

The tax return was taken to pay the back support. I doubt that there is anything that you can do.
