Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Are telephone recordings admissible in court? The Father of my son stated on a recorded phone call that he wanted to sign his rights away to his son, then he changed his mind and decided that he wanted to go for full custody. This is all a matter of wanting to get child support dropped.
