Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Temp court order states Dad has time sharing every weekend from Friday, 6pm to Sunday, 6pm.
The father, as instructed by courts, sent email to Mother requesting early pick up on Friday to attend the Circus in which he hold back stage passes to. The Mother, out of anger, is refusing to let him pick her up early, as she always does. Is there anything he can do? Will he legally be prosecuted for picking his daughter up from school, a few hours before scheduled time if notice was already given?

file a Petition for Contempt - the child will probably not get to go because of this act but then the dad can show the court what she has been doing and the court will sanction her. sometimes they reverse who has custody.
