hi i have temp custody of my 6 week old nephew my sister sent him to florida with me because she cant provide for him. what i would like to know what can i do to get custody of him. she has been violent to him the temp custody is not on apers what do i do

File a petition with the court for Temporary Custody - Relative Member. You may have to deal with the father - where is he?
