Re: temporary child custody

Who has custody? If you do, you simply enforce that order. If someone else does, you can petition to modify the order and ask to have custody yourself.

Re: temporary child custody

If she doesn't have court ordered custody, who does? If you, then DCF/HRS should be looking to you for placement. If not, you will be going to Court and you can ask for custody pending the outcome of the dependency case. Just because someone called in a report does not mean it is a verfieid finding at this point. Anyhow, the Court will decide.
